NSERC USRA awards for Liam and Jake

The Birdsong Lab is hosting two NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Awardees this summer. Liam Mitchell is experimenting with new methods for automated song type classification, and optimizing a phylogenetically explicit analysis of duet song evolution in warblers. Jacob Sheppard is part of a team effort to describe performance constraints in Adelaide’s warbler songs.
